We are aware that there are some email delivery delays sending email from CSP to taxassist.co.uk mailboxes not hosted by CSP mail accounts including the Support Centre.

CSP are aware of the issue and are looking into this globally now. Please report this issue directly to them if you receive a bounce-back message from any email that you have sent, on 01923 444 555 or on tasupport@csp.uk.com.

In the meantime please use the Rackspace webmail directly as this is not affected by the CSP problem.

We will continue to update this page as we obtain further information.
