This issue has been confirmed as resolved for all.
TaxCalc has advised that service appears to have resumed.

We have been made aware that there are connectivity issues with TaxCalc at present. CSC has a global case open with them. No need for any individual franchisee to contact TaxCalc directly.
Updates will be released as we learn more.
