Server switch issue
The issue has now been resolved. You should now be able to connect.
There is currently an issue that is affecting around 25% of the users on the network. This is related to a switch on one of the server racks, there should be a failover route for this so the team are now investigating. A replacement is available and will but put in place ASAP.
