Hi All.

We are aware around 10% of the network are currently experiencing a reduced level of performance within the hosted environment.

This appears to be being caused by one or more external entities carrying out a substantial attack on the network, repeatedly trying to gain access to the environments.

There is no evidence of a breach resulting from this attack at this point.

If you believe your credentials are not as complex and unique as they could be, please consider resetting them ASAP.

Acora One are rolling out some additional tools which will hopefully minimise the impact of the attack.

All that can be done is being done, whilst keeping the systems up and running. If the threat escalates further, more substantial disruptive action may be required with little or no notice to secure our environment.
