The Issue has been resolved as of Sunday 29th June with the latest update
It has been brought to our attention that a number of customers have been experiencing delays on Ignition for the past few days.
So far the team has observed delays in:
Temporary fixes
For any urgent proposals that need to be sent, the franchisee can send the proposal URL short link in a separate email outside of Ignition ( by clicking > Share via link, on the 'Send' page in the proposal editor.)
For any proposal acceptance emails that aren't being delivered, the franchisee can track recently accepted proposals under > Proposals, and by applying the 'Accepted' filter, and sorting via date.
Our engineers are investigating this with urgency.
Please contact the helpdesk at help@ignitionapp.com and provide details of what the problem is. Client and proposal IDs are most helpful.
