Please be aware that Acora is currently experiencing a network outage affecting servers and telephony systems. This issue is impacting Hosted Desktop users. Cloud365 users are not expected to be affected.

The root cause has not yet been identified, and Acora is actively working to resolve the issue. We will provide further updates as more information becomes available.
