QBPM Issues - Updating Subtasks & Document Approval
We are getting reports of a couple of issues on QBPM:-
- Sending Documents for Signature/Approval - Currently receiving an error "Cannot read properties of undefined (reading 'ajax')"
- Updating tags within a subtask, this is defaulting back to the original after changing.
If you are experiencing QBPM issues please can you call T100 - 0808 168 4268, then pass on your Case Reference to us via the Support Site ticket system.
We have escalated this with Intuit and are pushing for a solution.
