An update from TaxCalc:
14:00 - the issue continues to be investigated
We're currently investigating an issue affecting the licensing of TaxCalc, which in turn may create an issue with you connecting to your database. We are looking at this as a priority. This may also affect the use of eSign, AML ID checks, Bookkeeping integrations and some filing attempts.
Please find below a message we have received from TaxCalc:
Good morning all
We wanted to let you know that we have identified an issue with our licensing system this morning, which is currently hindering TaxCalc from connecting to CloudConnect databases. CloudConnect itself is running as normal, and any data is not affected. Once licensing is restored, connection will be reinstated as usual.
We have our developers and technical team working on a fix now, and we will contact you directly as soon as it is in place.
We can only apologise for any downtime you may experience
TaxCalc is currently unavailable. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information.
There is no need to contact TaxCalc or Acora One directly at this stage.
