Following the recent issues that some users have experienced when trying to connect to their Cloud Hosted Environment, a resolution was tested by the Support Team yesterday afternoon and has now been rolled out to all servers.
Hi All. The team have had a handful of additional reports of this issue cropping up across the network, affecting around 5% of users.
If you are unable to log in to the Hosted Environment please call the helpdesk on 01603 307 999. A fix is available which will get you up and running in 10-15 minutes.
A full overnight maintenance window has been opened, further information to follow.

The Support Team are implementing a workaround to those affected. Please call through to Support on 01603 307999 and ask to speak with the TaxAssist team who will add a temporary CHE shortcut to your desktop.
Work to resolve this issue is ongoing. Additional engineers have been re-tasked to support finding and resolving the issue.
You will receive a call as soon as the issue is resolved for your account.
If you are unable to log in please keep trying. Acora One is presently unsure why, but repeated attempts do for some reason allow connections. All of Tax Consulting and the Payroll team have now managed to log in via this method.
Work will continue to discover the root cause.
Acora One are aware of issues with some end users being unable to connect to their Cloud Hosted Environment this morning.
The Support Team are working through those cases and investigating the issue as a priority.
